Hon. Wynter Boipuso Mmolotsi is the Minister of Environment and Tourism for the Republic of Botswana and the Member of Parliament for Francistown South. A seasoned legislator and educator, he has represented his constituency since 2009 and currently serves as the Vice President of the Alliance for Progressives (AP), a key partner in the nation's coalition government.

As a headline speaker at the 41st HATAB Annual Conference in Maun, Hon. Mmolotsi will deliver the keynote address under the theme "Re-defining Tourism Strategy to Reshape the Botswana Tourism Landscape". His leadership is central to Botswana’s efforts to diversify its tourism products beyond traditional wildlife offerings into sports, wellness, and cultural heritage.

Hon. Dr. Edwin Gorataone Dikoloti is the Acting Minister of Lands and Agriculture for the Republic of Botswana and the Member of Parliament for Goodhope-Mmathethe. A veterinarian by training and a seasoned agriculturalist, he has held several high-level cabinet positions, including Minister of Health and Wellness and Minister of Agriculture. Currently serving as an Independent legislator in the coalition government, he is a pivotal figure in Botswana’s drive toward food sovereignty and sustainable land management.

At the 41st HATAB Annual Conference in Maun, Hon. Dr. Dikoloti will contribute to the dialogue on "Re-defining Tourism Strategies to Reshape the Botswana Tourism Landscape."
